FY20 Year-end closing info, help desk hours, planned outage times
To support you in year-end financial operations, GSA’s Business Applications Service Desk will be available on an extended schedule as follows:

Wed., Sept. 23 – Fri., Sept. 25 | 7:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. |
Sat., Sept. 26 – Sun., Sept. 27 | 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. |
Mon., Sept. 28 – Tues., Sept 29 | 7:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. |
Wed., Sept 30 | 7:30 a.m. – midnight |
In addition, please review the following dates and times that Pegasys and the Vendor and Customer Self Service (VCSS) system will be unavailable in order to complete year-end closing tasks:
PEGASYS AND VCSS PLANNED OUTAGE TIMES (All times are listed as Eastern Time):
- Wednesday, September 30, from midnight until Thursday, October 1, at noon
- Monday, October 5, from 8:30 p.m. until Tuesday, October 6, at 7:15 a.m.
- Friday, October 9, from 8:15 p.m. until Sunday, October 11, at 7:15 a.m.
