IDP & SF-182 are now on OLU!
Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and the Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of Training Form (SF-182) will make it easier to submit employee development and training needs. The updated modules feature a modern layout, leverages GSA Online University (OLU) as a one-stop-shop for employee training and development needs, and simplifies the process of adding learning activities to your IDP directly from OLU’s courses.
You should go to GSA OLU to create an IDP or an SF-182. IDPs are no longer required, but are strongly recommended and do not need to be approved by your supervisor.
