The GSA Online University (OLU) supports the agency’s mission and business objectives through high quality, cost-effective continuous learning and development that enhances leadership, competencies and personal growth. Our mission is to provide educational learning tools, resources and services in support of continuous learning and organizational development. OLU is part of the Talent Development Center of Expertise. The OLU team offers the following services:
- Expert consultation with staff available for advisement in curriculum design and course development
- Quality just-in-time online training and career development resources
- Measuring, driving, and ensuring enterprise learning and development quality and effectiveness
- Building innovative programs that help people grow and succeed
OLU is available to all GSA employees and offers over 2000 online courses as well as access to numerous books online. This learning tool is easily accessible and delivers training right to an employee’s desktop. Completed course transcripts are automatically sent to the Training and Development System (TDS) within GSA’s Comprehensive Human Resources Integrated System (CHRIS) so employees have a record of OLU training completed. OLU is an excellent resource for enhancing personal skills and competencies.
