Single-Sign On Issue

We are sorry to report that Single-Sign on isn’t working correctly and is being addressed by the IT Team and Microsoft.
To access Business Objects please do the following:
  1. Click on either the FDRS Login or FDRS PII Login
  2. Select cancel on any screen that isn’t a Business Objects login screen
  3. The Login to BI Launch Pad screen will appear
  4. Enter you ENT User ID and password and select Windows AD Authentication
To verify your ENT userID and Password are valid please follow the instructions below.
  1. Go to https://ears.ocfo.gsa.gov/ears/faces/home.jsp
  2. Do not click the Single Sign On button
  3. Enter your ENT credentials
  4. Click on the Login Button to verify your logon credentials are valid
If your ENT credentials need to be reset, you can do so at https://reset.gsa.gov
Once reset you may validate your credentials again using the above steps or attempt to log in again
