Individual Development Plans and SF-182s are moving to GSA Online University

As part of our continuing effort to improve HR tools for our workforce, the Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) and GSA IT will move the Individual Development Plan (IDP) and the Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of Training Form (SF-182) from Salesforce to the GSA Online University learning management system.

These new tools will make it easier to submit employee development and training needs starting in early June.
OLU provides online learning resources, including mandatory training, leadership development classes, and other training activities to accelerate a common culture of continuous learning. The new functionality features a modern layout, leverages OLU as a one-stop-shop for employee professional development needs and simplifies the process of adding learning activities directly to the IDP from OLU.

Over the upcoming weeks, employees will receive detailed guidance on what they will need to do to prepare for the move. For additional information, please reference our FAQs or send an email to

Change in Look and Feel of FDRS Business Objects Platform

To help you learn the new navigation of Business Objects 4.3, we are offering two demonstration sessions on April 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm EDT and April 15, 2021 at 11:00 am EDT. Existing FDRS Business Objects users will receive a calendar invitation for both events. Just choose whichever session you would like to attend.

Since the login, data and capabilities of the FDRS business objects environment have not changed, these sessions focus solely on the navigation differences introduced in version 4.3.
We will also have an updated User Guide.

Stay tuned for complete training for Business Objects, the data available, and reporting as part of a larger OCFO Financial Management Training initiative.

Questions? Contact Kathy Harvel ( with the Business Objects team about these demo sessions.
